When buying a used boat, one of the last areas people look at is redoing the seating. But many boats have seating that is 20-30 years old, so foam might be mouldy, and fabric can be soft and worn. People keep their boats longer, so reupholstering and/or repairing boat seating with nicer, more modern colors and patterns is a growing market.
